Working Papers on National Implementation of Global Conventions on Maritime Crimes

In preparation for both the Research Project on International Maritime Crimes and the Workshop on International Maritime Crimes: Legal Issues and Prospects for Co-operation in ASEAN, CIL drafted a Questionnaire (view PDF) on the Ratification and Implementation of Global Conventions on International Maritime Crimes. It then invited academics from selected countries to prepare Country Reports discussing the implementation of these conventions into their national law. The drafts of these Country Reports can be found below. Please note that these Country Reports are working papers and are subject to further revisions/amendments.
