3-4 August 2024: Dr Nilufer Oral was invited to Speak at the Boğaziçi University International Law Conference (BILC) on 3-4 August 2024

The conference was a gathering of distinguished academics and experts from around the world, aiming to critically examine the current state of the international legal order, taking Gaza both as an epitomising and transforming moment. Entitled “Rethinking International Law After Gaza,” BILC 2024 revolved around the issues of the legitimacy of international law, the intersection of international law with war and violence, and the universality of human rights.
