Danielle Yeow was invited to speak at a workshop organised by the Stimson Centre and ICT4Peace Foundation in partnership with the Government of Canada on the theme of "Cyber Accountability: Navigating Norms and Legal Frameworks : A workshop examining Southeast Asian perspectives on law, norms and accountability", held on 23-25 April 2025, Bangkok, Thailand. Danielle presented (online) on the topic of "International Law and Cyberspace" and "National Interpretations of International Law". Conducted under Chatham House rules, the workshop aimed to, among others, build knowledge and awareness of the applicability of international law to cyberspace; as well as to explore diverse understandings of accountability, deterrence and related themes in the context of international cyber security and to identify common themes and perceptions.
