Public Lecture

This public lecture will provide an overview and a critical discussion of the principle outcomes from COP30 such as the Belém Package, share insights on the negotiation dynamics and challenges faced. The speaker will also canvass the key developments since COP30 as well as the priorities for COP31 taking place in November 2026. A moderated audience Q&A session will follow after the lecture.
