CIL together with the Korean Society of International Law (KSIL) and the Society of International Law Singapore (SILS) organised a joint international conference on the topic of “Regional Cooperation: Looking Back and Moving Forward”. Held on 20 April 2011 at the NUS Faculty of Law, the conference addressed issues such as ship-source pollution, foreign direct investment in ASEAN, extended continental shelf and deep ocean development, the so-called ‘Singapore Issues’ in the WTO, and the Pedra Branca case.
