CIL hosted a visit by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on 7 July 2014. The ICRC delegation comprised Mr. Christopher Harland (outgoing Regional Legal Advisor for South East Asia), Ms Kelisiana Thynne (incoming Regional Legal Advisor for South East Asia) and Ms Fiona Barnaby (Legal Advisor, ICRC Kuala Lumpur). The delegation met with CIL Deputy Director Dr. R. Navin. The visit emphasised the close rapport between the two organisations and provided an opportunity to discuss potential cooperation in 2014 and 2015.
