New Publication: Transboundary Pollution: Evolving Issues of International Law and Policy

Transboundary PollutionCIL is pleased to announce the publication of the latest book in the NUS Centre for International Law Series, Transboundary Pollution: Evolving Issues of International Law and Policy. Edited by S. Jayakumar, Tommy Koh, Robert Beckman, and Hao Duy Phan, the book brings together leading scholars and practitioners to discuss major legal principles governing transboundary pollution and examine major types of transboundary pollution, including pollution of the marine environment and shared water resources, nuclear pollution and air pollution. The book also provides case studies of Asian and Southeast Asian countries to demonstrate how international law and policy governing transboundary pollution have evolved and been applied in practice within a regional context.
