Entry into Force / Termination Provisions	Article 22: Entry into Force “1. The Parties shall notify each other in writing upon completion of their internal requirements necessary for entry into force of this Agreement. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date by which such notifications have been made by India and at least one (1) ASEAN Member State. 2. Where a Party is unable to complete its internal requirements for the entry into force of this Agreement by 1 June 2010, this Agreement shall enter into force for that Party upon the date of notification of the completion of its internal requirements.”
