The 1998 Ha Noi Plan of Action was adopted to implement the 1997 ASEAN Vision 2020. It was the first of a series of ASEAN documents setting out a comprehensive action plan for all areas of ASEAN cooperation. It was succeeded by the 2004-2010 Vientiane Action Programme. |
