This version is the consolidated text version of the Convention which includes the 1982 Protocol to Amend the 1971 Convention on Wetlands of International Importance especially as Waterfowl Habitat (Paris Protocol) and the 1987 Amendments to Articles 6 and 7 of the 1971 Convention on Wetlands of International Importance especially as Waterfowl Habitat (Regina Amendments).
