The United Nations Security Council has met for the first time, 75 five years ago this year. This Webinar will explore the current challenges faced by this fundamental organ in the UN architecture. In particular, it will look at the Security Council and the Rule of Law, the relationship with the International Criminal Court, the current issues on its agenda such as Climate Change and Protection of Civilians and the Security Council viewed from a TWAIL perspective.
