INTRODUCTION

In the past decades, the development of professional sports competitions has led to increased scrutiny over how such competitions are run. From the recruitment of young players to proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport, a growing international sports law framework is affecting athletes, teams and sporting institutions both on and off the pitch. This hybrid webinar will explore the practical impact of this changing landscape and what to expect over the coming years.
