Railla Puno participated and contributed in the invitation-only “Southeast Asia Regional Workshop on Loss and Damage” convened by Manila Observatory in partnership with Samdhana Institute and Chiang Mai University on 22-25 August 2022, which brought together participants from various sectors from seven Southeast Asian countries and discussed loss and damage specific to the region and agreed on the importance and urgency of establishing a loss and damage financing facility. https://www.sei.org/events/southeast-asia-regional-workshop-on-loss-and-damage/
