Research Fellow Dr Dafina Atanasova participated in the workshop on political and legal theory of international courts and tribunals, organised by PluriCourts in Oslo on 18–19 June 2018. The workshop was attended by scholars from the fields of legal and political philosophy, political science, and law.

Dr Atanasova presented her paper ‘A “Justice as Impartiality” View on the Authority of International Courts and Tribunals’, which examines the relational aspects of the authority of these institutions.
