CIL researchers Dr Hao Duy Phan, Chan Sze-Wei and Hadyu Ikrami contributed to a 2017 study by the International Law Commission on “Ways and means for making the evidence of customary international law more available”, the report of which will be considered by the International Law Commission at its 70^th session this year.
