The 3^rd US-ASEAN cyber and digital dialogue was convened on 8 Dec 2022. Co-convened with Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and Nanyang Technological University’s Centre of Excellence for National Security, this session on “Evolving Indo-Pacific Cyber Dynamics” included a discussion of the U.S. and China relations and how this can create tension between ASEAN nations.
