On 20 March 2025, Charalampos Giannakopoulos and Celine Lange served as arbitrators for the PCA Singapore Vis Pre-Moot, which was held at Maxwell Chambers.

This year’s case involved an arbitration under the Finland Arbitration Institute Rules (2024), arising out of a contract between an engineering company specialising in the planning, construction, and sale of green hydrogen plants and related services, and a government-owned company committed to ensure green hydrogen to fulfil its government’s green energy strategy.

The PCA Vis Pre-Moot gives participants the opportunity to present their arguments and receive feedback to help them prepare for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna & the Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong.
