Chan Sze-Wei attended the 38^th ASEAN Roundtable “ASEAN in a Fragmented Global Order” organised by the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute on 3 October 2023 in Singapore. The event opened with a Keynote by ASEAN Secretary-General Dr Kao Kim Hourn, followed by panels on “Forces of Fragmentation”, ASEAN economic integration, regional flashpoints and “ASEAN in the age of multipolarity”.
