Singapore.  Danielle discussed the risks and implications of cyber conflicts as well as the role and challenges of applying international law in such scenarios to the UN-SG Cyber Fellows,  who comprise of a mix of legal advisors, cyber diplomats, cyber policy officials and cyber technical specialists.
