Danielle Yeow spoke at an ASIL Abroad - Singapore panel on "Next Frontiers of International Law: Deep Seabed Mining, Outer Space and Cyber Governance" on 4 Sept 24. In her interventions, Danielle provided an overview of the state of play in discussions relating to the international normative regime governing states' conduct in their use of ICTs; the role of private actors as well as the significance of the trend of submitting statements of national positions on the application of international law in cyberspace.
