The Global Health Law and Governance Program at CIL, led by Dr. Ayelet Berman, is partnering with the Duke-NUS Medical School Centre for Outbreak Preparedness  on  the Asian Pathogen Genomics Initiative. The Asia Pathogen Genomics Initiative is a coordination and capacity development platform for national public health institutions and partners in academic institutions and research bodies, non-governmental organisations and industries. It aims to accelerate genomic pathogen sequencing for infectious disease surveillance and public health utility across South and Southeast Asia. CIL serves as a legal knowledge partner.
