Railla Puno of the Climate Change Law and Policy Programme at the Centre for International Law attended an international conference hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law (HCMCUL) on “Harmonization Among ASEAN Countries Towards Comprehensive and Sustainable Development” held last 10 July 2024. Railla presented a working paper co-written with Danielle Yeow on “Climate-Resilient Energy Policy and Governance for Southeast Asia” during Session 3 of the Conference on Sustainable Development in Specific Legal Fields in ASEAN Member States. The session was moderated by Prof. Do Van Dai (Vice Rector of HMCMUL), Dr. Phan Hoai Nam (Vice Dean of the International Law Faculty, HMCMUL), and Prof. Joseph Tanega (Brussels Diplomatic Academy).
