CIL congratulates Dr Sun Zhen on graduating from Wolfson College at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, on 18 July 2015 with a Doctor of Philosophy. Dr Sun’s doctoral thesis is entitled, ‘Allocating Uses of the Exclusive Economic Zone under the International Law of the Sea’.
