CIL is pleased to announce that Mark Jason Huber has joined CIL as a Research Associate. Mark holds an LLB from the University of Tasmania, an LLM from the University of Melbourne (specialising in public and international law), and is a qualified Solicitor in Victoria (Australia). Prior to joining CIL, Mark was an Associate in the legal practice of one of Singapore’s most decorated Senior Counsel, where he worked on a variety of international commercial arbitration disputes concerning both public and private international law.
Mark’s research activities at CIL predominantly focus on issues pertaining to public international law and international dispute resolution. In addition, Mark assists Mr. J Christopher Thomas QC with certain investment treaty disputes.
