This Memorandum of Understanding shall enter into force on the date of its signing and shall remain in force for a period of four (4) years unless either Party notifies the other Party in writing of its intention to terminate this Memorandum of Understanding. Thereafter, it may be extended for additional periods subject to availability of funds and agreement of the Parties, such agreement to be evidenced by way of exchange of letters. 2. The termination of this Memorandum of Understanding shall not affect the implementation of ongoing activities/programmes which have been agreed upon prior to the date of termination of this Memorandum of Understanding.”
