For each State ratifying or acceding to the Convention after the deposit of the fifteenth instrument of ratification or accession, the Convention shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after deposit by such State of its instrument of ratification or accession." |

The United Nations Conference on Succession of States in respect of State Property, Archives and Debts signed this Convention at the Neue Hofburg in Vienna from 1 March to 8 April 1983. During this time, the Conference also signed adopted the Final Act and certain resolutions, which are annexed to that Act pursuant to this Convention |
