Additional Information	The Plan of Action was adopted as part of the 2004 Vientiane Action Programme, which also integrated the 2003 Recommendations of the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Economic Integration and the 2004 ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community Plan of Action. The ASEAN Security Community was renamed the ASEAN Political-Security Community with the 2007 Charter of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.
