Dispute settlement provisions	The 2002 ASEAN Memorandum of Understanding on Air Freight Services, to which this instrument is a protocol, was one of the ‘Covered Agreements’ pursuant to Article 1.1 of the 2004 Protocol on Enhanced Dispute Settlement Mechanism.

Entry Into Force Status	Superseded
Source	ASEAN Secretariat. Based on ratification information from the ASEAN Secretariat's Table of ASEAN Treaties/Agreements and Ratification as of October 2012, only 7 ratifications were effected for this instrument. It therefore appears that it never entered into force.
Entry into Force / Termination Provisions	Article 3.3 ‘Final Provisions’: “This Protocol shall enter into force upon the deposit of the Diplomatic Notes by all the Contracting Parties with the Secretary-General of ASEAN. The Secretary–General of ASEAN shall promptly inform each Contracting Party of such deposit of the Diplomatic Note.”
