Entry into Force / Termination Provisions	Article 3.3 ‘Final Provisions’: “This Protocol shall enter into force upon the deposit of the Diplomatic Notes by all the Contracting Parties with the Secretary-General of ASEAN. The Secretary–General of ASEAN shall promptly inform each Contracting Party of such deposit of the Diplomatic Note.” The date of entry into force provided above is based on the date of deposit of the 10th diplomatic note by Malaysia on 12 March 2010.
