Additional Information	This instrument amends the certification procedures for Rules of Origin in Annex 3 of the 2004 Agreement on Trade in Goods of the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Co-operation between ASEAN and the People’s Republic of China. Annex 3 was previously amended by the 2006 Protocol to Amend the Agreement on Trade in Goods of the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Co-operation between the ASEAN and the People’s Republic of China. Annex 3 was subsequently substituted by a new annex in the 2015 Protocol to Amend the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Co-operation and Certain Agreements thereunder between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the People’s Republic of China. Ratification information was not available on the ASEAN Secretariat website as of the time of update. Dates of ratification and notification given above were obtained from the Treaty Room of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia.Some of the dates given appear to be the dates of execution or transmission of the instruments of ratification/notification, rather than their date of receipt by the depository. Note that based on the documents available to CIL researchers, the date of the Philippine letter of notification was unclear.
