Entry into Force / Termination Provisions	Paragraph 21: “This Framework Agreement for Cooperation will be effective for a period of five years from the date of signature. Thereafter, it may be extended for further periods of five years, by mutual written consent between the Parties, based on a joint review and a new five-year Indicative Joint Programme of Action.”
