Dispute settlement provisions	“Article 13: Settlement of Disputes Any dispute between ASEAN Member States concerning the interpretation or application of, or compliance with this Agreement shall be settled amicably by consultation or negotiation.” The 2002 ASEAN Tourism Agreement, which this Agreement is related to, is one of the ‘Covered Agreements’ pursuant to Article 1.1 of the 2019 ASEAN Protocol on Enhanced Dispute Settlement Mechanism read together with its Appendix 1.
