Entry into Force / Termination Provisions	Article 29: Final Provisions “4. This Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth (30^th) day following the date of the deposit of the third (3^rd) Instrument of Ratification, Approval or Acceptance with the Secretary-General of ASEAN, and shall be in force only among those Contracting Parties who have deposited their Instrument of Ratification, Approval or Acceptance. 5. After its entry into force pursuant to paragraph 4, this Agreement shall enter into force for any Contracting Party thirtieth (30^th) day after the date of deposit of its Instruments of Ratification, Approval or Acceptance with the Secretary-General of ASEAN.”
