This Declaration pledges to develop a number of instruments including the following:

1. ASEAN Model Extradition Treaty – see 2019 Model ASEAN Extradition Treaty;
2. ASEAN Trade in Services Agreement – see 2020 ASEAN Trade in Services Agreement;
3. ASEAN Agreement on E-commerce – see 2018 ASEAN Agreement on Electronic Commerce;
4. ASEAN Declaration on Cruise Tourism – see 2018 ASEAN Declaration on Cruise Tourism;
5. ASEAN Agreement on Aeronautical and Maritime Search and Rescue Cooperation – see 2011 Agreement on Cooperation on Aeronautical and Maritime Search and Rescue in the Arctic;
6. Guidelines on Consular Assistance by ASEAN Member States Missions in Third Countries to Nationals of Other ASEAN Member States – see the 2018 Declaration on the Guidelines on Consular Assistance by ASEAN Member States’ Missions in Third Countries to Nationals of Other ASEAN Member States, and;
7. Memorandum of Understanding between ASEAN and the International Renewable Energy Agency – see 2018 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between ASEAN and the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA).
