The Convention was signed by 46 countries in total at the Singapore Convention Signing Ceremony held in Singapore on 7 August 2019, when it was open for signature. The Convention was previously adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in December 2018. The Convention was formerly titled the “United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation”. |
