Dispute settlement provisions	Article 34 – Dispute Settlement Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the ASEAN Protocol on Enhanced Dispute Settlement Mechanism signed on 29 November 2004 in Vientiane, Lao PDR, or its successor, shall apply to the settlement of disputes concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement.

Entry into Force / Termination Provisions	Article 37 – Entry into Force This Agreement shall enter into force one hundred and eighty (180) days after the signing of this Agreement. Member States shall complete their internal procedures for the entry into force of this Agreement. Each Member State shall, upon the completion of its internal procedures for the entry into force of this Agreement, notify the Secretary-General of ASEAN in writing. Where a Member State is unable to notify the completion of its internal procedures within one hundred and eighty (180) days after the date of signing, the rights and obligations of that Member State under this Agreement shall commence on the date on which the Member State notifies the completion of its internal procedures.
