CIL hosted an Academic Exchange with the North China Sea Branch of the State Oceanic Administration of China on “Cooperative Research on the Management and Safety of Straits” on Monday, 27 February 2012. The forum was also attended by Jane Chan from Rajaratnam School of International Studies, as well as two observers from Singapore Maritime Institute.
