A Comparative Look at Dispute Settlement across International Courts and Tribunals

This fireside chat with the former President of ITLOS, Professor Rüdiger Wolfrum, will explore the extent to which provisional measures ordered by international courts can be used as a technique to promote international community interests. In doing so, he will examine the ICJ’s recent Order in the Guyana v. Venezuela dispute, before contrasting it with the Order issued by ITLOS in the Land Reclamation case.
