India and Singapore share deep historical, cultural, and commercial ties that span over several centuries. Both sides are actively working to broaden and deepen trade, investment, defence, S&T and people to people linkages, and also to expand their collaboration to new and future oriented areas. The 4th round of India-Singapore Ministerial Roundtable, held in Singapore on 20th August 2026, underscored the commitment from both sides to forge an ever closer partnership. High Commissioner Dr. Ambule will share his thoughts on how India and Singapore are strengthening cooperation, expanding collaboration and leveraging their respective strengths and complementarities, for the benefit of the two countries, within the framework of their Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
