On 21 May 2010, the Centre for International Law (CIL) organised an international law career talk by Mr. Daren Tang, Deputy Senior State Counsel, International Affairs Division, Attorney-General’s Chambers, Singapore.

About the Speaker

Mr. Daren Tang has been practising public international law with the International Affairs Division of the Attorney-General’s Chambers since 2000. He has been involved in a broad variety of issues addressing different areas of international law, including as a negotiator and lawyer for the US-Singapore Free Trade Agreement and as counsel in the Pedra Branca dispute. He will share his experiences as an international lawyer, as well as his views on the career options available to students who are interested in practising international law professionally.
