The Director of CIL, Dr. Nilufer Oral was had the honour of welcoming from Durham University, Vice-Chancellor Professor Karen O’Brian, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Global) Professor Claire O’Malley, Professor Petra Minnerop, Director of the Durham Centre for Sustainable Law and Policy, and Dr. Joe Mulhern, International Partnership Manager. A Memorandum of Understanding for academic cooperation was signed between the NUS Centre for International Law and the Durham University Centre for Sustainable Law and Policy.
