CIL has recently launched a new TREATY STATUS DATABASE to complement its documents database. The CIL TREATY STATUS DATABASE enables users to instantly determine: (1) whether an ASEAN treaty has entered into force and if so, the date of entry into force; and (2) the ratification status of all ASEAN treaties within categories, by years or by key words. The Search Results indicate: (a) the date of signature, ratification or accession of each State, even for treaties which have yet to enter into force; (b) the mode of entry into force; and (3) final clauses and additional information.
