CIL congratulates its Chairman, Professor Tommy Koh, on being named as the 2014 Great Negotiator by the Program on Negotiation, an inter-university consortium comprising Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tufts University and the Future of Diplomacy Project at Harvard Kennedy School. Professor Koh was bestowed with the award for his contributions to the field of negotiation and dispute resolution such as the negotiations for UNCLOS, the Earth Summit, the ASEAN Charter and the Singapore-U.S. Free Trade Agreement.
