Annabelle is a Research Associate with the Centre for International Law (CIL) at the National University of Singapore and a part of CIL’s Nuclear Law and Policy Team.
Prior to joining CIL, she practised as a lawyer for 5 years in the banking and finance and dispute resolution departments of leading Singapore law firms.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (magna cum laude) from the Singapore Management University. During her time in university, she was a teaching and research assistant to various professors as well as an active mooter. She is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a member of the International Nuclear Law Association.
