Mr Alvin Yap

Global Fellow

  • Profile

    Alvin is a Lecturer at the University of Western Australia where he teaches international dispute settlement and international investment law. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore where he conducts a public international law externship. He has a decade of experience acting as counsel in State-to-State disputes and he is currently an independent consultant in international litigation and arbitration. He is pursuing a PhD at the University of Sydney, researching the extent to which national court decisions are a source of international law in practice. Alvin graduated from the National University of Singapore with a LLB in 2012.
