Dr Yang Wenlan is a Research Fellow in the International Dispute Resolution programme. He holds a PhD in the law of the sea from Sun Yat-sen University and an LLM in international dispute resolution from NUS. He has previously worked with the ICJ, PCA and ITLOS. His research interests span all aspects of international dispute resolution, with a particular focus on disputes involving states and state entities.
