  • Profile

Rasmika Ghosh is a lawyer from Calcutta, India. Prior to studying law, she studied international relations and political science. In 2024, she completed her LL.M. in International Law from the Graduate Institute for International and Development Studies, Geneva, where she specialised in Environmental law and Climate Policy. She worked with the Centre for International Environmental Law (CIEL), Geneva, as a Legal researcher on a project exploring the interaction between international investment law and the global climate framework, focusing on the fossil fuel industry. She also interned with the litigation team at Ocean Vision Legal, working on issues concerning the marine environment.

She is keen on exploring how legal and institutional frameworks can support an equitable energy transition, and sustainable development, particularly in the Global South and ASEAN regions.
