Ms Saheli Wikramanayake

Research Associate

  • Profile

    Saheli holds an LL.M in International Trade and Investment Law and a Diploma in International Law and Economics from the World Trade Institute, University of Bern, as well as an LL.B from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Her academic interests focus on international economic law and environmental law. She previously worked as a Trade and Investment Intern at the Center for International Environmental Law in Geneva, Switzerland.

    Saheli represented the University of Colombo at the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition, where her team became the first from Sri Lanka to win an international mooting tournament. In 2021, Saheli helped launch and later led a training program in Sri Lanka aimed at strengthening national capacity in international trade law. Outside of her professional interests, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and watching her favourite football and Formula 1 teams.
