Yvette holds an LLM (2025) and LLB (2019) from the National University of Singapore. She is a Research Associate with the ASEAN Law and Policy team, and Managing Editor for CIL Dialogues. She was previously an Assistant Production Editor for the Asian Journal of International Law.
Her research interests include ASEAN regional integration, international criminal law, transitional justice, and international humanitarian law. She has written on ASEAN dispute settlement, the WTO dispute settlement process, and conducted research on ASEAN integration and rules-based community.
Before CIL, Yvette completed her training contract at Tan Rajah & Cheah, and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2020.
