Shastikk Kumaran is an Examination Fellow at All Souls College, where he focuses on the international law of armed conflict, humanitarian law and human rights law. He graduated from the University of Oxford and was previously a Bonavero Institute Student Fellow at the European Centre for Constitutional and Human Rights in Berlin.
