Mr Marcus Heah holds a Bachelor in Accounting and Finance and a Finance professional for the past decade. Marcus joined NUS as a Finance Business partner before transferring to Centre for International Law. Prior to joining NUS, he was with Land Transport Authority (LTA) for 5 years. At LTA, he was actively involved in business partnering, budgeting and review of funding papers. As a manager for administration, he support and oversees the operations and strategic objectives of CIL, translating long-term goals into actionable plans and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
